We had erected and commissioned our plant for processing of marble and granite in Shaa El Teaban Zone in Cairo, Egypt. In this factory we are having the following machinery :

EDGE CUTTING MACHINE FOR TILES: It consists of fixed slide which can travel up and down to match the requirement of cutter and stone Tiles. The main shaft of spindle runs on angular contact bearing, cutter is fixed and trolley which moves on fixed guides, is feeded manually for cutting purpose. Most ideal machine for production works.

BRIDGE SAW: The bridge type machine with a rotary table is very useful for accurate edge cutting of slabs or monuments to required dimensions & angles without repeated handling and setting. It has got several options of conventional as well as automatic programmable step cutting of thick stones upto 150mm. It can readily be used for edge cutting stacks of slabs with tiles or strips, for use in the construction industry.

ARTICULATED ARM POLISHING MACHINE FOR SLABS: It is capable of polishing all type of marble & granite of various thickness. It is a useful machine and can do a lot of minor work, which is expensive on the automatic polishing machine.

DIAMOND GANGSAW MACHINE: The cuboid blocks of marble are sawn by diamond impregnated blades for making slabs. For large blocks up to 3000 x 1500 x 1500 this machine gives very high production with minimum wastage by way of slurry. For any marble-processing unit this is the main machine which determines the capacity of the plant.

SLAB POLISHING MACHINE: The Slab Polishing Machine is a highly sophisticated and robust machine, for continuous polishing of all varieties of marble slabs to a mirror polish.

The Machine Comprises of 16 heads which can polish marble slabs having a maximum width of 2000 mm. The slabs travel on belt conveyor with a continuous variable thyristorised D.C. drive.
